The Galvanizing Operator is responsible for assisting in the galvanizing process to ensure metal components are properly coated and meet quality standards. The role involves handling materials, operating galvanizing equipment under supervision, maintaining safety standards, and supporting daily production activities.

Assist in the galvanizing process as per production requirements.

Load and unload materials for galvanizing operations.

Monitor process parameters under the guidance of senior operators.

Perform basic visual inspections of galvanized products.

Ensure proper handling and movement of materials.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the galvanizing area.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Report equipment issues, defects, or abnormalities to supervisors.

Support production targets and quality requirements.

Maintain basic production and process records.

ITI / Diploma / Higher Secondary (12th Pass) in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related field.
