- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2/Graduate (preferred).
- Previous experience as a telecaller, customer support executive, or sales executive is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
