About the Company
Leo Krista Heights is a premium residential project offering spacious 1 & 2 BHK homes in Mansarovar, Bhiwandi. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote the project, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, references, brokers, and direct outreach.
* Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
* Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
* Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
* Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
* Maintain customer records and sales reports.
* Support social media marketing and online lead generation activities.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
* Familiarity with the Bhiwandi and surrounding real estate market is an advantage.
* Own vehicle preferred.
