- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience in CRM and ERP integrations.
- Hands-on understanding of APIs and middleware/integration platforms.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ability to understand technical implementation discussions.
- Experience in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business analysis techniques.
- Strong expertise in data modelling, data mapping, and system integration concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience working with CRM and ERP platforms such as:
- Salesforce OR
- HubSpot OR
- SAP OR
- Similar enterprise platforms
Work Mode : 5 days a week
Shift : Night ( 8:30 pm to 5:30 am )
Location : Mohali ( Phase 8-B )
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
