Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets by building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
