Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, compliance, and employee engagement while working closely with the People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain HR trackers and operational dashboards.

Assist in generating HR reports and MIS.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and wellness activities.

Support execution of internal events and communication.

Assist and conduct Training sessions Orgwide

Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for onboarding requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies.

Support day-to-day HR operational activities.

Handle ad hoc HR projects assigned by the People Operations team.
Who We're Looking For:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have:

Internship or project experience in HR.

Familiarity with HRMS platforms.

Basic understanding of Indian HR practices and employment lifecycle.

Knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables) is a plus.
