We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, and execute sales strategies across our FMCG product portfolio. The role requires strong market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will lead sales initiatives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales plans
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand needs and promote products
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and issue resolution
Market Development
- Explore and develop new markets and distribution opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market share, and competitor activity
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
Sales Operations
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional schemes
- Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and order fulfillment
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, product, and distribution teams for aligned execution
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives to improve performance and sales techniques
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management
- Track key sales KPIs such as revenue, margins, and customer retention
- Review performance against targets and suggest corrective actions
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and retail channels
- Experience managing key accounts and achieving aggressive targets
- Results-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
