An EMI Collection Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers to remind them about pending loan EMI payments and helping recover overdue amounts in a professional manner. Typical responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMI payments.
- Remind customers about pending dues and payment deadlines.
- Explain outstanding amounts, payment options, and penalties.
- Negotiate payment commitments and follow up until payment is made.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to loan or EMI payments.
- Update customer interaction and payment details in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while following company policies.
Required skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
- Convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility:
Usually 12th pass or graduate.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
