Position: Labour Staff – Gynecology Department

Job Summary:
Labour staff will support the nursing team and doctors in the Gynecology department by assisting in patient care, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with basic non-medical tasks to ensure patient comfort and smooth department operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist patients in moving (wheelchair/stretcher) within the department.
Help nurses in basic patient care activities.
Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and ward areas.
Change bed sheets and keep patient beds clean and organized.
Assist in shifting patients to the labour room, scan room, or operation theatre.
Provide drinking water and basic support to patients when required.
Dispose biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines.
Support emergency situations as instructed by nurses/doctors.
Maintain hygiene standards in the gynecology ward.
Help in carrying medical files, reports, and samples when required.

Qualification:
SSLC / PUC or equivalent.
Hospital attendant training (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Timing:
