Job Summary
Job Summary : Responsible for securing and managing enterprise endpoints through endpoint protection, EDR operations, vulnerability remediation, device compliance, encryption, and security baseline enforcement using Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and SentinelOne.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : Manage endpoint security controls, hardening standards, and compliance policies. Administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM for endpoint security, patching, and device compliance. Monitor and respond to endpoint security alerts using Defender for Endpoint and/or SentinelOne. Drive vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, and security risk reduction. Manage BitLocker, least privilege controls, endpoint protection, and security baselines. Support endpoint incident response, malware remediation, and device containment. Develop security reports, operational dashboards, and compliance metrics. Automate security tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Incidents, Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues, Thereby Minimizing Recurrence.
3. Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Maintain An Optimal Security Posture.
5. Ensure A Positive Customer Experience And High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Case Reopenings, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement : Microsoft Intune (Security Policies, Compliance, Configuration Profiles) Microsoft Configuration Manager / SCCM Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) SentinelOne or equivalent EDR platform Windows 10/11 Security & Hardening BitLocker, Windows Firewall, Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Autopilot Vulnerability Management & Patch Compliance PowerShell Automation Microsoft Graph (preferred)
Other Requirements
Other Requirement : 7+ years in Endpoint Security, Endpoint Administration, or Desktop Security. Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, MDE, patch management, and endpoint compliance. Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments. Exposure to Security Operations and incident response processes.
