Hiring: Sales Executive :– Diamond (Retail)
Location: Noida sector-50
Experience: 2+ Years (Diamond / Jewelry Retail – CVD Preferred)
We’re looking for a SALES CLOSER, not just a salesperson.
If you can confidently handle customers, explain diamonds, and convert walk-ins into high-value sales — we want you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deal with walk-in premium customers & drive sales
- Sell CVD / Lab-Grown diamond jewelry with confidence
- Explain 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat) in a simple, convincing way
- Recommend designs as per customer taste & budget
- Close deals & achieve monthly targets
- Build long-term customer relationships
What We Need:
- Strong experience in diamond/jewelry retail sales
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Smart, presentable & confident personality
- Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds & certifications (IGI preferred)
- Target-driven mindset (you love closing deals)
