Role Description
The role of the Branch Head - MEP Projects is a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam. The candidate will oversee daily branch operations, manage MEP project execution, and lead project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with design, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The candidate will also develop strategies for branch growth and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- A strong background in Electrical Engineering and expertise in Mechanical, Plumbing Fire Alarm system and Public address and Access systems. (MEP)
- Proficiency in Project Management and proven ability to manage project execution, timelines, and budgeting.
- Effective Team Management skills, with experience in leading diverse project teams and fostering collaborative environments.
- Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or similar technologies for project planning and execution.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work on-site are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced certifications or additional training in MEP systems are advantageous.
