We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will assist in employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, documentation, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance and leave management activities.
Coordinate with payroll teams for employee data and documentation.
Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Generate HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
