Job Title: ICU Staff Nurse (Experienced)

Department: Intensive Care Unit ,WARD.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in managing complex patient conditions, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' vital signs, clinical status, and responses to treatment.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support.
- Operate and manage ICU equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other life-support systems.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in emergency procedures, resuscitation efforts, and critical interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols.
- Educate patients' families regarding patient conditions, treatment plans, and care procedures.
- Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 2–4 years of ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting,freshers can also apply.
- Experience handling ventilated patients, critical care monitoring, and emergency situations.
- Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
