Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional to lead Operations & Admissions across different locations. The role involves managing Coordinators, driving admissions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Coordinators across regions
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular guidance
- Drive admissions through lead management and conversion strategies
- Set and track enrollment targets region-wise
- Monitor admission pipelines and improve conversion rates
- Support coordinators in lead nurturing and closures
- Oversee daily operations and reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of orientation sessions
- Coordinate with schools, parents, and internal teams
- Handle escalations and operational challenges effectively
- Track admissions dashboards and operational performance
- Generate MIS reports and business insights
- Identify growth opportunities and operational gaps
- Support expansion planning and process improvements
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in operations/admissions/team handling
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regions
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech/Education industry preferred
- Prior experience in Sales, operations, admissions, training, or team management is an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
