Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads across India.
Explain course details, program benefits, and career opportunities.
Counsel students regarding suitable courses based on their needs and career goals. Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions in CRM or internal systems. Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and support team for smooth onboarding of students.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and sales skills.
Ability to handle student queries and objections.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EdTech, telesales, telecalling, or academic counseling.
