Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance, MIS & Analytics

Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Budgeting, Analytics, Audit and Compliance.
Role Objective
To work on group MIS consolidation for financial statements, accounting, budgeting, MIS, analytics, taxation, compliance, audit and business reporting while supporting management through financial insights, governance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, variance analysis and cost optimization.
· Develop and maintain enterprise-level MIS dashboards and management reports.
· Analyze financial statements and business performance across business verticals.
· Coordinate with other group members on statutory, tax and internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance etc. are collated for board presentation.
· Manage banking, treasury, cash flow and reconciliations.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Drive process improvements, automation and business intelligence initiatives.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, MIS and Analytics.
· Experience in audits, taxation and statutory compliance.
· Advanced Excel; financial modelling; presentation skills.
· Analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management and integrity.
Qualifications
CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance), Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
