Power BI Developer (L2) – Remote | 3–5 Years Experience | U.S. Shift
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: U.S. Pacific Time (8:30 PM IST onwards)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in building dashboards, data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
- Design and implement efficient data models using Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Develop data transformation processes using Power Query (M Language).
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions.
- Manage Power BI Service, Workspaces, Data Refreshes, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Troubleshoot and optimize report performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant Power BI development experience.
