We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Maintenance Assistant to support daily maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities and equipment.
Location: Kollam
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance works
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor and maintain lighting, water systems, and equipment functionality
- Assist in basic repair and troubleshooting tasks
- Support CCTV and other technical equipment maintenance when required
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth daily operations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records properly
- Follow safety and operational standards at all times
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance work
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical experience preferred
- Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply
