Job Summary
The Assistant Professor – Finance is responsible for delivering quality teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, and supporting academic and institutional activities while contributing to the academic excellence of the School.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Finance courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
- Conduct research and publish in reputed journals.
- Guide student projects, internships, and academic activities.
- Mentor students on academics and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum development and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
- Build industry collaborations through guest lectures, workshops, and live projects.
- Participate in accreditation, admissions, examinations, and departmental committees.
- Organize seminars, conferences, and faculty development programmes.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Finance or a related Management discipline.
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent Master's degree with First Class.
- Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
