For Mechanical Fitter:
The ideal candidate ensures all mechanical machinery operates with maximum precision and minimal downtime.Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Installation: Interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and layouts to assemble and position heavy machinery parts.
- Component Fitting: Shape, drill, grind, and file metal components to exact tolerances before final assembly.
- Piping & Structural Alignment: Align shafts, gears, bearings, and industrial piping systems using precision measuring tools.
- Defect Diagnostics: Identify operational faults, dismantle malfunctioning units, and replace worn out mechanical parts.
- Safety Protocols: Follow factory guidelines, wear mandatory PPE, and maintain a clean, accident-free shop floor.
For Welder:
- Welding Operations: Perform high-quality structural welding using TIG, MIG, and Electric Arc techniques based on material demands.
- Surface Preparation: Clean, cut, bevel, and pre-heat metal parts to ensure seamless joint penetration and zero structural voids.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual checks and leak testing on finished welds to meet strict industrial alloy safety standards.
- Equipment Care: Maintain welding torches, gas cylinders, regulators, flux tools, and automated welding machinery in safe working order.
- Hazard Management: Manage heat and toxic fumes safely by utilizing ventilation setups and specialized thermal PPE.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- ITI Certificate / Diploma in Fitter or Welder trades from a recognized institute.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a fitter/welder within a manufacturing or metal-processing industry.
- Understanding of brazing alloys, gas welding, TIG/MIG welding, and flux application.
- Proficient in using heavy workshop machinery, cutters, grinders, hand tools, and precision measurement instruments.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
