Role Overview
The ITI / Diploma Trainee will undergo training in the fastener manufacturing operations, machine handling, maintenance support, and production processes. The trainee will work closely with the production and maintenance team to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production activities in the fastener manufacturing unit.
- Support machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist maintenance team in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures in the plant.
- Monitor production parameters and report deviations to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation on the shop floor.
- Participate in training programs related to manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing / production environment.
- Willingness to learn and work in a shop floor environment.
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
