Experience Required: 1–3 years (GNM, registered with Kerala Nursing Council)

Role Summary
This is a sales-first role. We are hiring a GNM-qualified nurse who will primarily drive client acquisition, conversions, and revenue for Lyxaa using nursing credibility and clinical confidence as a trust-building edge in every client conversation. The reason this role sits with a qualified nurse rather than a generalist telecaller is knowledge: clients will ask real health questions, and we need someone who can answer accurately, explain protocols correctly, and be a genuine source of health information not just read from a script. The nurse will also personally deliver IV nutrition/infusion therapy and take on general Care Coordinator duties (front desk, billing, telecalling). Performance will be measured on revenue generated, number of patients/clients brought in, and deals closed not just clinical hours logged.
Ideal Candidate Profile — Multi-Purpose Staff (MPS)
Lyxaa is an early-stage healthtech startup, and this role is built for that reality. We're looking for someone with the character to match a self-initiator who doesn't wait to be told what to do, and who is willing to take on tasks outside a fixed job description as the team and service lines grow. A detailed, role-specific JD will follow; at this stage, adaptability, ownership, and a sales mindset matter as much as clinical skill.

- Explain IV nutrition protocols, expected benefits, contraindications, and safety information clearly before every session
- Educate clients on relevant preventive health and lifestyle topics connected to Lyxaa's service lines, escalating to the supervising doctor for anything outside nursing scope

Clinical — IV Nutrition & Nursing Care
