Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain fiber optic network layouts, including HLD, LLD, permitting, fiber routing, equipment placement, and splicing plans.
- Develop network designs using tools such as 3GIS, AutoCAD, or FiberCAD.
- Conduct site surveys and collect data for network planning and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and field teams to support project execution.
- Review contractor proposals and assist with permits and approvals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during network deployment.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and stay updated with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Diploma holders may also be considered).
- 2+ years of experience in Fiber Optic Network Design.
- Proficiency in 3GIS, AutoCAD, FiberCAD, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic technologies, network design, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
Pay: ₹9,000.31 - ₹28,648.28 per month
