Job Summary
Dynamic Gold Infra Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Land Acquisition Officer to support land acquisition activities for solar power projects across Punjab. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Land Acquisition Executive, Site Acquisition Executive, Land Coordinator, Property Executive, Real Estate Executive, or Field Executive. This role involves identifying suitable land, conducting site surveys, coordinating with landowners and brokers, and supporting the land acquisition process for renewable energy projects.
Candidates with experience in real estate, solar projects, infrastructure, telecom site acquisition, industrial land acquisition, or property acquisition will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suitable land for solar projects and renewable energy developments across Punjab.
- Conduct site surveys, field inspections, and site evaluations to determine land suitability.
- Work closely with landowners, brokers, property dealers, and local authorities for property acquisition and land identification.
- Assist in land acquisition activities, including land identification, negotiations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the legal team regarding land records, revenue records, ownership verification, and due diligence.
- Prepare reports on site survey, land availability, and acquisition status.
- Build a strong network of landowners, brokers, and local contacts to identify potential project sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of industrial land acquisition and solar project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, land documents, and acquisition progress.
- Travel extensively across Punjab for field visits and land inspections.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience as a Land Acquisition Executive, Assistant Land Acquisition Officer, Site Acquisition Executive, Land Coordinator, Property Executive, Real Estate Executive, or Field Executive.
- Experience in real estate, solar projects, renewable energy, infrastructure, telecom site acquisition, industrial projects, or property acquisition.
- Good understanding of land acquisition, land records, revenue records, and property documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Punjab's geography and local land markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field operations.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Degrees in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Agriculture, Real Estate, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
