- Lead implementation of the CBSE curriculum across all grades.
- Supervise Academic Coordinators and teachers.
- Conduct classroom observations and teacher evaluations.
- Drive student performance through academic planning and teacher training.
School Operations
- Oversee daily school operations, discipline, attendance, and staff accountability.
- Manage transport, infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Handle parent, staff, and student grievances.
Admissions & Marketing
- Support admissions growth and student retention.
- Represent the school during admissions events and parent interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance school visibility.
- Oversee school social media initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 50–100 employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and team development initiatives.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
