About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Advertisement Manager to support sellers on Flipkart by helping them effectively manage their advertising requirements. In this role, you will work closely with sellers to plan, create, optimize, and monitor advertising campaigns on the Flipkart Ads platform, ensuring maximum product visibility, enhanced performance, and improved ROI.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Flipkart Seller Support, PAM processes, or RE who are passionate about e-commerce and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding advertisement-related queries and campaign management.
- Guide and educate sellers on the Flipkart Ads platform, advertising features, and industry best practices.
- Assist sellers in creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to improve product visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to sellers.
- Troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, billing, ad delivery, and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, campaign activities, and performance reports.
- Achieve defined KPIs, including seller satisfaction, campaign success rate, and ad revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex seller concerns and escalations efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
Candidates must meet all the following requirements:
✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in any one of the following:
- Flipkart Seller Support
- PAM Process
- RE
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Immediate Joiner
