A Distribution Center (DC) Team Lead supervises daily warehouse operations, manages floor staff, and ensures that shipping, receiving, and inventory goals are met safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Operations: Oversee daily activities like picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to maintain workflow speed.
- Manage Staff: Assign daily shifts and tasks to floor workers based on operational needs.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce warehouse safety rules and OSHA standards to prevent workplace injuries.
- Track Performance: Monitor productivity metrics and report shift progress to the DC Manager.
- Train Workers: Provide hands-on training for new equipment and safe work practices.
- Resolve Issues: Fix inventory discrepancies, equipment blockages, or team conflicts quickly.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
