We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR at ProV Foods for our plant to manage core human resource functions across the organization. The role will involve end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently. Work location will be Kopar Khairane - Navi Mumbai. (6 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across various departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant platforms such as job portals and internal networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication, offer negotiations, and final onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure smooth employee exits including exit interviews, clearance processes, and final settlements coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
3. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain and monitor attendance records, leave management, and employee attendance systems.
- Coordinate with finance or payroll vendors for monthly payroll processing and validation of attendance inputs.
- Ensure accurate documentation for payroll inputs including leaves, reimbursements, deductions, and other adjustments.
- Support in maintaining HR dashboards and MIS reports.
4. Statutory Compliance & HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and HR compliance requirements including labour laws and employment regulations.
- Coordinate and manage local factory compliance requirements, including necessary documentation and record maintenance.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Maintain compliance records and coordinate audits where required.
5. Employee Benefits & Engagement
- Manage employee benefits administration including insurance, leave benefits, and other HR policies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Facilitate internal communication related to policies, company updates, and HR initiatives.
- Support initiatives focused on employee well-being, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
6. HR Administration
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and organizational databases.
- Support HR reporting, documentation, and internal communication.
- Assist leadership in implementing HR best practices and improving HR processes.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles from plant or factory setup. (FMCG / Food processing will be preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, attendance systems, and payroll processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Candidates from Navi Mumbai shall be preferred.
