Job Description
We are looking for experienced Tele Sales / Sales Development Executives with proven track record in outbound Sales Development, Appointment Setting and Sales pipeline management with corporate customers, to be based at our office in Mysore. To be successful in this position, you should have the special knack for reaching top management personnel and decision makers of potential clients through outbound phone calls, engage in confident, clear, concise and persuasive conversation to create interest in our products and services, and set up qualified meetings for our Business Development Team. Number of fully qualified meetings setup for Business Development Team and the sales revenue generated from such meetings shall be the key performance metrics for this role.
Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with top management personnel and decision makers of potential clients through outbound phone calls to make them interested in our products and services and persuade them to seriously consider our solutions for their usage.
- Qualify leads based on basic qualification criteria.
- Clearly identify key decision makers and influencers within potential client organization, who will have a bearing on final decision making with respect to purchase of our products and services, by having deeper and engaging conversation with the client management personnel.
- Setup face to face meeting for our Business Development Team with identified decision makers and influencers of the client.
- Subsequent to the meeting, shadow the Business Development Executive closely throughout the deal pipeline to ensure that timely follow up and objection handling is done leading to successful and timely sales closure (co-ownership of deals generated through meetings).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Tele Sales / Sales Development through outbound calls.
- Experience in engaging with top management and decision makers over call and persuading them to take favorable actions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and persuasive skills.
- Ability to manage large volume of leads, meet deadlines, and achieve performance targets.
- High level of sales conversion orientation and ability to closely follow leads and deals in sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow up till sales closure.
- Performance driven personality, with a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and warm demeanor and natural empathy to connect with people.
Remuneration comprises of Base Salary + Attractive Incentives based on attainment of key metrics.
- Location: Mysore, Karnataka
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7.30 PM (IST). Monday - Saturday.
- Salary: Base Salary: Rs 30,000 to 50,000 + performance-based incentive of Rs 30,000 to 40,000 per month (upon target attainment)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹84,000.00 per month
