Job Description – Logistics Executive / Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations, from sample dispatches to final product deliveries. The candidate should be capable of handling field coordination, supervising helpers, and ensuring smooth daily logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work – SOW)
- Handle complete logistics operations from sample delivery to final product delivery.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries for both samples and final dispatch materials.
- Manage and supervise a team of 3–5 helpers and ensure proper task execution through daily micromanagement.
- Assist in hiring helpers and machine/operators as per operational requirements.
- Ensure all assigned logistics and dispatch tasks are completed on time while assisting the supervisor in daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Maintain and monitor team members’ attendance, overtime calculations, and salary-related records.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower and maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability within the logistics team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or operations preferred.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and multitask efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of delivery tracking, attendance, and operational planning.
- Responsible, punctual, and solution-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Team handling experience.
- Knowledge of local transport and courier coordination.
- Basic understanding of overtime and salary calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
