About the Role
Finance Express is looking for a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are looking to build a career in customer engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Address basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
Education
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.
