The Luxury Trips is hiring International Holiday Planner Executives / Senior Holiday Planner Executives with experience in customized holiday planning, itinerary design, and international destination sales.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international holiday planning
- Experience in travel sales / holiday operations preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, visas, and travel products
- Experience creating customized FIT/GIT holiday packages
- Ability to design itineraries, costing, quotations and package proposals
- Good knowledge of hotels, transfers, sightseeing and destination logistics
- Strong client handling and sales conversion skills
- Experience with DMC coordination and supplier negotiations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and sell customized international holiday packages
- Handle client inquiries, package quotations and itinerary planning
- Coordinate hotels, transfers, flights, visas and land arrangements
- Work closely with DMCs and suppliers for competitive costing
- Convert leads into bookings through consultative holiday planning
- Manage end-to-end booking process and customer servicing
- Suggest destination options based on client preferences and budgets
- Ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales support for travelers
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury holidays / customized travel planning preferred
- Knowledge of Europe, Dubai, Southeast Asia, Maldives or long-haul destinations is a plus
- CRS/CRM experience preferred
