Key Accountabilities:
- Work with clients on implementations of the financial ERP or HRMS application, for example to: Define and document client requirements, Draft and agree project plans and fee quotes, Manage and provide professional services for implementation of the software as required during the entire project lifecycle from scoping the client's requirements, reconciling returns and other filings, report customizations, through to rolling out the solution to end users and providing post-implementation support, Provide training for users of the software and develop training materials
- Provide input into the sales process
- providing inputs and preparing of RFP‘s or Bid proposals
- Maintain regular communication with implementation manager and product teams to discuss support issues and feature requests.
Independently handling Accounts and also managing a Team
Responsibility for others (direct/indirect):
- Direct reports, however there is likely to be a requirement to review others' work and provide feedback.
