Key Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and room assignments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and occupancy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and guest requests.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with travel information, directions, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate to management when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and maintain daily reports.
- Support online and OTA bookings, and update availability in the hotel system.
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality with good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in Hotel Software - Hotsoft
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hotel booking systems preferred).
- Prior experience in hotel front office or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure when required.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
