Job Description
Amani Travel & Tourism is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Travel Consultants to promote and sell domestic and international tour packages. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and helping them plan memorable travel experiences.
A structured virtual induction and training program will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable packages.
- Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages and travel services.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in travel package sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Access to a laptop and stable internet connection is an advantage.
