Position: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Summary
Visko Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive for the Real Estate division. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating leads, explaining property details, and coordinating site visits to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads from different sources.
- Explain project details, pricing, and property features to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer data and lead status in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and client support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or real estate sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
