As an HR Services Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic HR support and operational excellence across the EU region. With deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HR Shared Services, you will collaborate with business leaders to drive transformation, optimize HR systems, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role demands a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a strong understanding of European HR practices and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Deliver end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage onboarding, employee data changes, and offboarding activities.
- Provide timely support to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
- Prepare reports, analyse HR data, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Resolve HR queries and escalations while delivering an excellent employee experience.
- 6–8 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or similar HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
- Experience in a global or shared services environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and process excellence.
