As an Application Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive process of designing, building, and configuring applications, serving as the central liaison for all project-related communications. Your day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, managing workflows to meet deadlines, and guiding the team through complex challenges. You will facilitate collaboration across multiple groups, ensuring that the application development progresses smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met with quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices within cloud environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
