Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Student Advisor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and assist them throughout the admission and enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a student-focused approach, and a commitment to working with the organization for at least one year.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on available courses, programs, and career pathways.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable academic options.
- Assist students with admissions, enrollment, and application procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
- Provide timely support and resolve student queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduates preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Candidates willing to commit to the role for at least one year are preferred.
