Job Description – Project Engineer (New Product Development)

This role offers hands-on exposure to OEM projects, new product development, customer coordination, supplier management, and cross-functional project execution. The selected candidate will support the end-to-end development of new products while coordinating with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and continuous improvement.
Scope of Work
- Assist in product development, testing, approvals, certifications & technical documentation
- Track project activities, customer requirements & follow-ups with internal teams
- Coordinate with Customers, Design, Quality, Production, Suppliers & Dispatch teams
- Coordinate with suppliers for development, quality improvements & material planning
- Support end-to-end execution of New Product Development (NPD) projects for OEM customers
- Support resolution of customer, field & quality-related issues
- Contribute to VAVE, process improvement & cost optimization initiatives
- Maintain BOMs, project documentation & MIS reports
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or related Engineering
- Minimum 0 – 5 years of Experience in Project Management
- Travelling involved in this role.
Salary: CTC 3 – 6LPA (depending on candidate)
(Local train pass shall be provided. Above CTC includes EPF, paid leaves and annual bonus)
Office timings: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm (Mon-) & 10 am - 4pm (Saturdays)
