Position Overview - We are looking for an Architect with 5–6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and experience in coordinating architectural planning, approvals, and on-site execution. The role involves working closely with the design, project, and execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design alignment.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, GFCs, and presentation drawings.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and technical documentation.
- Provide innovative design inputs to enhance project aesthetics and functionality.
- Manage design revisions based on client and management feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5–6 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
