Eligibility:
- Retired within the last 5 years preferred
- Strong field-level agricultural knowledge
- Good communication and farmer relationship skills
- Ability to guide farmers and support marketing activitiesJob Purpose
To provide agricultural advisory support to farmers, assist in project guidance, improve farmer relationships, and support marketing and business development activities of the company.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
