Major Areas of Responsibilities:
1. General Requirements:
- Daily Inspection of finished good products & Spares parts at vendor’s end.
- Ensure & monitor quality assurance as per system & procedure laid down by BEL.
- Analyze to reduce & stop market failure by taking CAPA.
- Visits the Supplier as per the Inspection Plans of Products.
- Process inspection & monitoring to improve the product quality.
- Knowledge of QA documents like SOP, PFC, PAG etc.
- Prepare action plan & analysis root cause by A3 & 8D.
- Active participation in meeting at customer end.
- Perform various Electrical & Mechanical testing on domestic/Kitchen appliances as per BIS Standards.
- Product validation ensuring that product is built as per correct required specification.
- Verified Drawing refined & corrected designs for engineering.
2. Key Challenges
- To give the Instruction to supplier Quality persons related to the Defects & In process quality to resolve
product complains & Customer concerns.
- Day to day Quality problem troubleshooting with supplier’s processes at their end.
- Timely information’s to the suppliers/ Procurement Dept. to take corrective actions in the process.
- Performing routines audits to ascertain that only the current issue of drawings or specifications is in use
3. Monitoring of Vendors performance:
- Participation in CAPA for observations during re-evaluation.
Person Specifications:
Essential Qualification: Degree/Diploma of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
Desired Qualification: BE, B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
Experience: 3~5 years of experience in similar area or experience in quality function
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
