Key Responsibilities
- Promote GrowBot's Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM programs.
- Connect with parents, students, schools, tuition centres, and community groups.
- Share program information through personal networks, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Identify and refer interested students to the GrowBot team.
- Support awareness sessions, workshops, and demo events.

Compensation
Performance-based incentive:
- ₹500 when a referred student enrolls
- ₹200 after the student's second month
- ₹100 after the student's third month
Total incentive: ₹800 per successful admission
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
