Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, managing manpower, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Supervise daily production operations and shop-floor activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine utilization and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with Production Manager for production scheduling and planning.
- Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
Manpower Management
- Allocate work among operators and production workers.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Train and guide workers on production processes and SOPs.
- Maintain proper shift handover and workforce coordination.
Quality Control
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for production defects.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment (5S).
- Follow company policies and statutory regulations.
Inventory & Documentation
- Monitor raw material consumption and production output.
- Maintain daily production reports and shift records.
- Coordinate with stores and maintenance departments.
- Record production data, downtime, rejection, and rework details.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in handling production teams and shop-floor operations.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
