1. Background
We are seeking a partner/vendor to supply experienced DELMIA Apriso MES professionals for an ongoing
EV two-wheeler manufacturing program. The engagement will support application support, issue analysis,
configuration, enhancements, integrations, and manufacturing execution-related activities within the
DELMIA Apriso MES 2026 landscape.
2. Objective
The objective of this Statement of Work is to onboard a qualified partner capable of providing 3 to 4 strong
DELMIA Apriso MES resources for an initial engagement period of four months. The selected resources
are expected to support production-critical activities and collaborate effectively with internal project teams
and customer stakeholders.
3. Scope of Work
The selected partner shall supply experienced resources to support the following work areas:
Functional and technical support for DELMIA Apriso MES modules
Issue investigation, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification
Application configuration, minor enhancements, and support for change requests
Support for testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare-related activities
Support for production execution, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and labor processes
Documentation of technical changes, configuration updates, and support activities
Coordination with internal teams, customer stakeholders, and integration teams
Support for manufacturing system integration and data flow validation

5. Expected Resource Profiles
The partner may propose a suitable combination of the following role types, subject to project fitment:
DELMIA Apriso Functional Consultant
DELMIA Apriso Technical Consultant / Developer
DELMIA Apriso Integration Consultant
DELMIA Apriso Application Support Specialist
All proposed candidates should demonstrate relevant hands-on experience in DELMIA Apriso MES,
manufacturing execution environments, and production support assignments. Candidates with EV,
automotive, or discrete manufacturing experience will be preferred.
6. Partner Deliverables
3 to 4 shortlisted candidate profiles with updated CVs
Skill matrix indicating module-wise and technical competency
Summary of relevant project experience for each candidate
Current location, notice period, and earliest joining date
Confirmation of willingness to work from Bangalore and travel if required
7. Evaluation Criteria
Partner responses and proposed profiles will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Bosch SDS.
Relevant DELMIA Apriso MES experience
Hands-on knowledge of the required modules and enablement components
Experience with MI, BI, and manufacturing system integrations
Manufacturing domain exposure and project relevance
Communication skills and customer-facing capability
Availability, deployment readiness, and commercial competitiveness
8. Working Model and Contract Terms
Base working location: Bangalore, India
Travel to client location may be required based on project needs
Initial contract duration: 4 months
Extension: Subject to performance and business requirement
Expected start: Immediate or at the earliest possible date

This requirement is project-critical and immediate profile sharing is expected.
The selected partner shall ensure continuity of resources during the contract period.
Any replacement due to resignation, non-performance, or unavailability shall be supported by the
partner.
Final onboarding of candidate(s) shall be subject to interview clearance and internal approval.
