Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
- Manage raw materials, hardware, fittings, boards, laminates, steel, wood, and accessories used in educational furniture manufacturing
- Maintain accurate stock records, inward & outward entries, and GRNs
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices and optimum stock levels
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping standards
Purchase & Procurement
- Plan and execute purchase of raw materials, consumables, and packing materials
- Develop and manage vendor relationships for quality, cost, and timely supply
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and follow-ups
- Negotiate rates, terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions
- Ensure procurement as per production planning and timelines
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams
- Ensure materials meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain documentation for audits, GST, and internal controls
- Monitor lead times and avoid production stoppages due to material shortage

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of inventory control & purchase processes
- Understanding of educational furniture materials and hardware (preferred)
- Vendor negotiation & cost-control skills
- Proficiency in ERP / Excel / Inventory software/Tally
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
