Job Description – Talent Acquisition Executive (Retail Hiring)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our PAN India retail stores and clinic operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment execution in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while ensuring quality closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for PAN India retail stores and clinics.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements across COCO and FOCO clinic operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, schedule, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closures within defined hiring timelines and TATs.
- Partner with business stakeholders for workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain high joining ratios.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in retail, healthcare, clinic, beauty, wellness, or consumer-facing business hiring.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience hiring for retail stores, healthcare clinics, or wellness brands.
- Exposure to COCO and FOCO business models will be an added advantage.
