About the Role
House of EdTech is hiring a Chat Support Executive to join our Learner Support team! If you love helping people, have great communication skills, and want to build a career in a fast-growing EdTech company led by IIT Kharagpur alumni — this role is for you.
As a Chat Support Executive, you'll ensure an exceptional learner experience by resolving queries and supporting users across email and chat channels.
What You'll Do
- Assist learners via email and chat, resolving queries quickly and efficiently
- Guide learners on course navigation, content access, and platform usage
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, customer-first approach
- Spot recurring learner issues and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with tech, product, and operations teams to enhance support workflows
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- A customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic familiarity with digital tools and online learning platforms
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or call support (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
- Bachelor's degree preferred, any discipline
